Current Yu Sleep guarantee and refund process based on the seller’s published return policy, including return-shipping and one-time-guarantee notes.
Current vendor policy: the seller publishes a 60-day return/refund window for online purchases.
What the published refund policy says
The seller instructs customers seeking a refund to contact its support desk with order information, return the applicable product to the published return address, and provide shipment tracking. The seller also states that return shipping costs are not covered.
One-time guarantee condition
The current refund policy states that the guarantee is a one-time guarantee: after a customer has received a refund for Yu Sleep, a later purchase is not eligible for a second refund under that policy.
Before returning an order
- Read the current seller policy again in case it has changed.
- Keep the ClickBank invoice and order number.
- Follow the seller’s instructions for what must be included with the return.
- Keep return tracking records.
